AIR Root Cause Analyzer

This feature is only available for beta customers. Please email support@avantra.com or contact your customer success manager to discuss access and to be given the URL required for this feature to work.

Additionally, you need to have a valid license.

The AIR Root Cause Analyzer allows you to generate reports on checks on any of your systems. Utilizing LLM technology, the AIR Root Cause Analyzer generates detailed reporting on checks, providing you with a clear understanding of the root causes of any issues.

Prerequisites

To use the AIR Root Cause Analyzer, you need to do the following as an Administrator:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Customers.
  2. Select the customer you want to enable the AIR Root Cause Analyzer for.
  3. Click the Configuration tab.
  4. Set the air.enabled dropdown to yes.
  5. Set the air.url field to the URL that you retrieve from the Avantra Support Team.
  6. Click Apply.

The AIR Root Cause Analyzer works with the customer hierarchy. Any child customers will inherit the parent customer's settings.

Generating a report with the AIR Root Cause Analyzer

To generate a report:

  1. Navigate to Systems and select a system type from the dropdown, for example SAP Systems.
  2. Double click on a system to open it.
  3. Click the Checks tab.
  4. Double click on a check to open it.
  5. Click on the Generate Avantra AIR Report button.
  6. Once the report has been generated, click Open Avantra AIR Report.
  7. The report will open in a dialog box, where you can read the report. You can also:
    1. Regenerate if updates have been made to the check since last report generation.
    2. Generate PDF, which will download a PDF copy of the report to your machine.
  8. Click Close to close the dialog box.
